Hitchen Group completed the new installation of a Building Energy Management System to operate and control the Heating and Ventilation systems. The college has a dictated PC with custom generated SCADA graphics for operating the plant. The BEMS controls and monitors the Gas Fired Boilers, Hot Water Cylinder Tanks, Radiator Heating, Air Handling Units, Ventilations Systems, Complete underfloor heating system and Energy Monitoring.
