Hitchen Group completed the new installation of a Building Energy Management System to operate and control the Heating and Ventilation systems from the managers PC with custom generated SCADA graphics for the nursing home. The BEMS controls and monitors the Combined Heat and Power unit, Gas Fired Boilers, Hot Water Cylinder Tanks, Under-Flooring Heating, Air Handling Units, Ventilations Systems, Energy monitoring and metering.
